Senior Project Manager, Construction

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States of America; onsite. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Lead multiple commercial tenant improvement projects from project concept through final punch-list and close-out.
• Build and maintain strong internal and external industry and client relationships.
• Coordinate trades, vendors, building tenants, and project stakeholders.
• Develop project roadmaps, schedules, budgets, and success metrics.
• Identify and resolve schedule, budget, and delivery issues as they arise.
• Help develop hirify.global’ local project management presence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience in design, construction, or project management.
• Background in corporate commercial real estate, property management, construction, and/or design.
• Extensive knowledge of the design process, construction, and project management.
• Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, and industry-specific software such as Bluebeam, CAD, or Revit.
• Ability to read architectural plans and technical specifications.
• Ability to lead vendors, solve problems, and maintain team spirit.
