Construction Project Manager

Location: Onsite in Rosemont, Illinois, United States. Travel to property and construction locations in suburban and downtown areas is required as needed.

Compensation: $112,796–$121,367 annually, plus eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Manage multiple construction projects through identification, design, planning, approvals, permitting, construction, and completion.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to quality and governance standards.
• Build relationships with clients and brokers, clarify scope and deliverables, and manage expectations.
• Create and monitor detailed project schedules, including actual start and finish dates.
• Assess change requests for their impact on scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk.
• Coordinate project meetings, documentation, vendors, internal staff, and external clients.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field, or equivalent construction project management experience.
• Working knowledge of financial terms, principles, and basic financial analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, prioritization, and client management skills.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
