What you will do
- Configure and support IP routing and switching, firewalls, WAN/LAN infrastructure, and router architectures.
- Troubleshoot communications networks, protocols, VoIP and IP telephony systems, and related technology issues.
- Provide technical support to remote customers and apply information security theory and best practices.
- Work with communications technologies such as IP, TDM, radio, and RF trunking systems.
Requirements
- Spanish-speaking experience is required.
- At least 3 years of experience in a high-technology network or systems administration role focused on communications systems.
- Experience with IP routing and switching, firewall, WAN, LAN, and router architecture and configuration.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, OSPF, Frame Relay, PPP, and other network protocols.
- General working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, UNIX, Linux, and VMware.
- Ability to obtain the security clearance required by the government contract.

- Experience with Wireshark and PuTTY.
