IT Project Manager

Location: Hybrid in Centennial/Denver, Colorado, United States; Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday required in the Panorama Office, with Monday and Friday working from home.

Annual hiring range: $102,900–$127,655

What you will do

• Plan and execute end-to-end IT projects from scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment.
• Develop project plans, delivery schedules, budget estimates, resource estimates, and status reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, vendors, technical resources, and IT subject-matter experts.
• Manage project scope, schedules, costs, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and task completion.
• Provide project communications, executive updates, cost estimates, and portfolio data for IT PMO governance.
• Support testing, production issue resolution, implementation activities, and continuous improvement of project management practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of related experience with a four-year degree, or 6 years with an advanced degree, or equivalent experience.
• In-depth knowledge and experience managing IT projects in a complex enterprise environment.
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall project delivery approaches.
• Ability to solve complex problems, work independently with limited guidance, and make decisions when precedent may not exist.
• Ability to lead project teams, represent project management best practices, and support or train less-experienced colleagues.
• Ability to work onsite Tuesday through Thursday at the Panorama Office in Colorado.
