Fast Track Claims Adjuster, Auto PD

Location: Lenexa, Kansas, United States; primarily in the office

What you will do

• Investigate and manage auto physical damage claims from first notice of loss through final resolution.
• Review coverage, determine liability, evaluate vehicle damage, and assess total loss claims.
• Coordinate inspections with repair facilities, appraisers, rental vendors, customers, and other partners.
• Review estimates, photographs, repair documentation, and claim records.
• Negotiate settlements within authority limits and document claim activity accurately.
• Monitor claim progress, identify potential fraud indicators, and support timely, compliant resolutions with empathy and professionalism.

Requirements

• Two or more years of experience in insurance claims, customer service, collision estimating, or a related field preferred.
• Basic understanding of automobile repair processes and vehicle damage evaluation preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort using claims management systems and standard business software.
• Property and casualty licenses are required and must be obtained within six months of hire.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Prior insurance, automotive, or claims experience.
