Multi Line Adjuster Trainee

Location: Remote in the United States; must reside in New York City, NY. The role may require remote or field work, including a required three-week hands-on training period at a facility in Ashburn, Virginia.

Salary: $29.00–$45.28 per hour

What you will do

• Inspect damage involving boats, motorcycles, RVs, and other specialty vehicles and property.
• Estimate repair costs using physical damage adjusting tools and technology.
• Negotiate settlements and issue claim payments.
• Provide customer service during accident and major disaster claims.
• Work across repair shops, salvage yards, customer homes, and virtual estimating environments.
• Complete paid training, including three weeks of required hands-on experience in Ashburn, Virginia.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license meeting company underwriting guidelines.
• Ability to maintain applicable state and federal certifications and permits.
• Flexibility to work remotely or in the field depending on business needs.
• Computer, mechanical aptitude, multitasking, attention to detail, and decision-making skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree or current enrollment is preferred.
