Program Manager, Flagship Programs (AI & Robotics)

What you will do

• Lead large, complex customer programs from initial scoping through product development, deployment, and operational handoff.
• Act as the program-level interface between executive customer stakeholders and Product, Solutions, Engineering, and Delivery teams.
• Translate customer objectives into requirements, priorities, milestones, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, and success criteria.
• Coordinate Technical Project Managers and cross-functional workstreams, establishing governance, reporting, escalation paths, and accountability.
• Manage execution challenges, scope changes, customer expectations, financial performance, and contractual deliverables.
• Capture lessons learned and support expansion of successful deployments into broader enterprise adoption.

Requirements

• 10+ years of project or program management experience, including large, complex, customer-facing technology programs.
• Demonstrated success delivering projects on time and within budget while managing multiple teams, workstreams, and dependencies.
• Experience in a technically complex environment such as enterprise software, robotics, artificial intelligence, industrial technology, or automation.
• Executive-level customer communication, strong presentation skills, and the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Understanding of product-development and technology-delivery lifecycles, program budgets, scope changes, and contractual commitments.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering solutions for energy, manufacturing, construction, logistics, automotive, mining, or other industrial sectors.
• Experience with enterprise robotics, autonomous systems, AI, or hardware-and-software deployments.
• Experience managing product development, systems integration, field deployment, and organizational change programs.
• Familiarity with industrial operating environments, safety requirements, and customer procurement or governance processes.
• PMP, PgMP, or an equivalent project or program management certification.
