Program Manager, Data & Product Management (AI)

Location: Camden, New Jersey, United States; full-time on-site role

Salary: $117,200–$161,200 per year

What you will do

• Lead enterprise intake, evaluation, prioritization, and routing for data, reporting, analytics, AI, data science, and digital initiatives.
• Maintain portfolio visibility across priorities, backlogs, dependencies, ownership, resources, and implementation status.
• Coordinate governance forums, steering committees, prioritization reviews, investment decisions, milestones, risks, and executive updates.
• Support the rollout and continuous improvement of the Product Operating Model, including planning, roadmapping, governance, and value realization practices.
• Track adoption, utilization, KPIs, business outcomes, and realized benefits through dashboards, scorecards, and portfolio reporting.
• Partner with business leaders, Product Managers, Data Governance, Data Science, Analytics, and IT Data & Analytics teams to drive accountability and follow-through.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in program management, portfolio management, product management, business transformation, analytics, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading large cross-functional initiatives involving business and technology stakeholders.
• Experience working with executive leadership teams and enterprise governance forums.
• Experience developing executive reporting, governance processes, and performance measurement frameworks.
• Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and executive presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise data, analytics, AI, or digital transformation programs.
• Experience operating within a Product Operating Model and tracking adoption, benefits realization, and value.
• Experience in consumer products, manufacturing, supply chain, or commercial environments.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or Product Management.
