Site Civil/Land Development EIT/Coordinator (Buildings)

Location: Boise, Idaho, United States; full-time, regular position

What you will do

• Assist senior engineers with site studies, site designs, contract documentation, and graphic presentations.
• Develop site layouts, grading plans, utility layouts, and drainage designs.
• Complete routine civil engineering assignments using standard techniques and procedures.
• Deliver projects with clear objectives and limited variables.
• Support project management administration for civil and site projects.
• Work independently on small projects and support senior engineers on larger projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate preferred; candidates hired without an EIT will use the Coordinator title and are expected to obtain the certificate for career progression.
• Commitment to actively participating in an employee-owned culture.
• Familiarity with MicroStation or AutoCAD.
• Experience with civil engineering software such as Bentley ConceptStation, Autodesk InfraWorks, Civil 3D, or specialty civil platforms such as OpenFlows.
