Sales Manager (LegalTech)

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Milan, Italy (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

Compensation: €60,000 – €70,000 OTE

What you will do

• Manage the entire sales funnel from prospecting to closing deals.
• Conduct product demos and identify customer pain points and development opportunities.
• Drive ambitious ARR growth to position the company as a European market leader.
• Act as a product evangelist and identify new use cases for customers.
• Provide valuable market feedback to the product team.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a sales role.
• Proficiency with sales support tools such as HubSpot and Sales Navigator.
• Fluent in both Italian and English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
