What you will do
- Lead and manage the full tender lifecycle, from opportunity identification to post-award follow-up.
- Develop and execute growth strategies specifically for Public Sector, Healthcare, and Education verticals.
- Drive business growth by balancing channel partner engagement with direct sales activities.
- Analyze procurement pipelines, framework agreements, and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including sales, legal, finance, and operations for tender responses.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and performance reporting within Salesforce.
Requirements
- Proven track record in complex public sector sales and tender management.
- Deep experience with public procurement processes and regulated purchasing environments.
- Demonstrated success in Healthcare, Education, or Public Sector markets.
- Strong proficiency in Italian and English.
- Experience managing strategic accounts and long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
