Director, Global Services Strategic Solutions and Commercial Services

What you will do

• Set the strategic direction and multi-year roadmap for Offer Development, Contract Management, and Regulatory Affairs services across Asia Pacific.
• Lead end-to-end service delivery, performance governance, KPIs, SLAs, executive dashboards, issue management, and root-cause resolution.
• Establish scalable operating models, governance forums, controls, processes, and capability-building programs across business units and regions.
• Advise senior business, legal, finance, commercial, technology, and functional stakeholders on service, organizational, financial, and risk decisions.
• Own workforce, budget, productivity, resource allocation, succession, and organizational capability strategies for the service area.
• Shape enterprise transformation initiatives through stakeholder engagement, business cases, ROI analysis, change management, transition planning, and vendor coordination.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of professional experience, including at least 10 years in operations, service management, process procedures, compliance, and controls.
• At least 8 years of management experience with strong coaching, counseling, organization development, and talent development skills.
• Strong process improvement, business process design, stakeholder engagement, and organizational leadership capabilities.
• Ability to prepare executive-level materials, influence senior stakeholders, work independently, and make timely decisions in a fast-paced matrixed environment.
• Flexibility to work with diverse cultures and business disciplines.

Nice to have

• Experience in a shared services center of a multinational corporation.
• Experience with digital or intelligent automation, project management methodologies, workforce analysis, and third-party or vendor management.
• Experience with alliance formation, business alignment, due diligence, strategic change, business planning, or product strategies.
