What you will do

• Lead a large-scale Insurance Policy Administration and Customer Servicing business across the full policy lifecycle.
• Own SLA and KPI delivery, quality, productivity, customer experience, capacity, efficiency, and financial outcomes.
• Manage revenue, margin, operating costs, staffing, utilization, forecasting, profitability, and other business performance indicators.
• Drive process optimization, standardization, automation, continuous improvement, transitions, transformation programs, and technology initiatives.
• Maintain operational risk, controls, governance, regulatory compliance, and performance management mechanisms.
• Lead senior client and stakeholder relationships while building leadership capability, succession plans, and high-performing teams.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a comparable senior operations leadership role, such as Senior Group Manager, Director, or AVP.
• Experience leading large-scale, complex operations with multiple layers of leadership.
• Strong experience in insurance operations, preferably policy administration, customer servicing, Property & Casualty, or Property & Liability insurance.
• Demonstrated ownership of revenue, margin, cost, productivity, profitability, P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong executive presence, stakeholder management, communication, influencing, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and change leadership skills.
• University or college graduation.
