Senior Group Manager - Operations (Insurance)

What you will do

• Lead a large-scale insurance policy administration and customer servicing business across the full policy lifecycle.
• Own SLA and KPI delivery, quality, productivity, customer experience, capacity, efficiency, and financial performance.
• Manage revenue, gross margin, operating costs, staffing, utilization, forecasting, profitability, and other business performance indicators.
• Drive process optimization, standardization, automation, continuous improvement, transitions, and transformation initiatives.
• Maintain operational risk, controls, governance, regulatory compliance, and performance management mechanisms.
• Build senior client relationships, lead executive governance and escalations, and develop leaders through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a comparable senior operations leadership role, such as Senior Group Manager, Director, or AVP.
• Experience leading large-scale, complex operations with multiple leadership layers.
• Strong experience in insurance operations, especially policy administration, customer servicing, Property & Casualty, or Property & Liability insurance.
• Proven ownership of revenue, margin, cost, productivity, profitability, P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Strong executive presence, stakeholder management, communication, influencing, analytical, decision-making, and change leadership skills.
• Experience with coaching, talent development, succession planning, and building cross-functional organizational networks.
