Senior Team Manager - Tech (Streaming) (Content Protection)

Location: Mandaluyong City, Philippines; full-time onsite role

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders across multiple Content Protection Operations workstreams.
• Oversee accurate, timely, and compliant processing of copyright infringement and legal claims.
• Drive performance against SLAs, quality, critical fail, quality defect, AHT, productivity, turnaround time, backlog, and compliance targets.
• Establish operational governance, monitor dashboards, manage risks, and maintain audit readiness.
• Partner with Workforce Management on staffing strategies, capacity planning, scheduling, cross-training, and business continuity.
• Lead root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, process standardization, automation, and AI-enabled operational improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, Law, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least five years of progressive experience in Content Protection Operations, Copyright Enforcement, Trust & Safety, Legal Operations, DRM, Intellectual Property, or a related field; internal applicants require at least 12 months.
• At least three years of leadership experience managing Team Leaders or multiple operational teams in a BPO, shared services, or global operations environment.
• Hands-on experience managing complex, high-risk, and escalated copyright infringement and legal claims for global digital content platforms.
• Expertise in copyright regulations, digital rights management, content protection policies, legal compliance, operational governance, workforce planning, and risk management.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, stakeholder management, executive presentation, coaching, and leadership development skills.

Nice to have

• Experience managing YouTube, Google, or content moderation operations.
