Location: Field-based hybrid role in the United States; candidates must live within reasonable commuting distance of a listed posting location. Listed locations include Chicago, Illinois; Walnut Creek, California; Denver, Colorado; Miami and Tampa, Florida; Atlanta, Georgia; New York City, New York; Cincinnati and Mason, Ohio; Grand Prairie, Texas; and Norfolk, Virginia. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with travel to client sites or designated locations and occasional office attendance. 's hybrid strategy generally requires onsite work at least once per week unless the role is designated primarily virtual.
Salary: $112,880–$203,184 per year for candidates working in California, Colorado, Illinois, New York, or Virginia.

What you will do
- Serve as a senior clinical subject-matter expert for oncology solutions and the Total Cost of Care oncology model.
- Build trusted partnerships with oncology practices and act as the primary clinical contact for value-based care and provider enablement programs.
- Assess practice workflows, facilitate recurring meetings, and translate quality, cost-of-care, and dashboard analytics into practical improvement actions.
- Mentor fellow clinicians, support operational teams, and provide clinical expertise for strategic initiatives and escalations.
- Lead special projects, solution-design activities, educational sessions, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Prepare executive-ready analyses and provider-facing materials using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and related Microsoft applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Pharmacy, PharmD, or master's degree in Social Work, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 7 years of experience in oncology, palliative care, medical management, care management, value-based care, or quality improvement.
- Current, valid, active, unrestricted RN, NP, PA, RPh, MSW, or LCSW license in applicable United States state(s) or territory required.
- Ability to travel to client sites and work within reasonable commuting distance of a listed posting location.
- Strong clinical analysis, provider communication, presentation, project leadership, and Microsoft Office skills.
