What you will do

• Lead buy-side and sell-side transaction services projects and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Conduct financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
• Analyse financial statements, management accounts, financial data, and audit reports to identify key issues and trends.
• Advise clients on commercial considerations and prepare reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Build client relationships and develop new business opportunities through internal and external networks.
• Lead finance professionals, support their development, and work closely with Partners on engagements.

Requirements

• ACA or equivalent qualification.
• Extensive transaction services and financial advisory experience, including experience in a managerial role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and provide high-quality client service.
• Strategic, adaptable, resilient, and hands-on approach to complex challenges.
