Manager, Productivity & Performance MSP

Location: Any major city across Australia; remote working arrangements considered case-by-case

What you will do

• Lead governance, assurance, and performance reporting across the Major Service Provider.
• Monitor project, contract, and supplier performance against KPIs, SLAs, and business objectives.
• Provide data-driven insights and reporting to support MSP leadership decision-making.
• Drive compliance with contractual, regulatory, and organisational requirements through governance frameworks and controls.
• Identify performance risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities, coordinating audits and tracking corrective actions.
• Support workforce planning and lead a high-performing team focused on collaboration and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification.
• Experience in governance, performance monitoring, reporting, or assurance within Defence, government, or other complex environments.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics.
• Experience working within governance and compliance frameworks.
• Ability to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities from data and reporting.
• Active Baseline Defence Security Clearance or higher is required and must be maintained.

Nice to have

• Experience in Defence or Defence Industry environments.
• Experience supporting audits, assurance, or compliance activities.
• Familiarity with MSP or multi-project delivery environments.
