Focus on building executive relationships across Australian government agencies, overseeing Hosting Certification Framework and SOCI obligations, and translating security assurance into commercial differentiation for regulated customers.
Location: Hybrid work based in Sydney, Melbourne or Canberra, Australia

What you will do
- Join the Executive Leadership Team and work directly with the CEO on security, sovereignty, resilience and government engagement.
- Lead physical security operations and critical infrastructure protection programs.
- Own sovereign security credentials and oversee obligations under the Hosting Certification Framework, SOCI and the Critical Infrastructure Risk Management Program.
- Build executive relationships with Defence, intelligence, regulatory, law enforcement and government stakeholders.
- Represent in policy discussions covering digital infrastructure, AI, critical infrastructure resilience and sovereign capability.
- Sponsor security assurance for hyperscale, government, Defence, national security and regulated-industry customers.
Requirements
- Senior physical security leadership experience in Defence, intelligence, national security, Home Affairs or critical infrastructure environments.
- Demonstrated experience protecting mission-critical facilities and assets.
- Established relationships with government and national security agencies, including Defence and intelligence stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of Australian security and critical infrastructure frameworks.
- Experience leading large-scale security, assurance or government engagement programs.
- Australian Government NV2 clearance is essential, with the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret Privileged Access where required.
