Manager, Pharmacy Services (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, United States; final-round interviews take place on-site at the Chattanooga office.

What you will do

• Translate enterprise pharmacy strategy into operational plans and lead execution across assigned business units.
• Manage pharmacy budgets, financial performance, vendor portfolios, contracts, governance, and business planning activities.
• Lead and develop a team of analysts, building accountability, engagement, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Resolve complex issues, establish KPIs, identify performance gaps, and improve operational outcomes and efficiency.
• Collaborate with clinical, finance, IT, and vendor teams on cross-functional enterprise initiatives.
• Lead audit readiness and ensure pharmacy business activities meet regulatory and contractual obligations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; equivalent experience is defined as four years.
• At least seven years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• At least three years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience managing budgets, contracts, vendors, projects, governance processes, and business planning.
• Ability to execute programs and operational plans, resolve issues, develop talent, and collaborate across clinical, finance, and vendor teams.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
