Retention Manager (Traveltech)

hirify.global is building an AI-first travel platform that reduces paperwork and uncertainty in visa processing and has processed visas for more than 1 million travellers across 127 countries.

What you will do

• Own the retention strategy and roadmap across critical customer lifecycle stages.
• Analyse cohorts, funnels, behavioural data, and customer journeys to identify return, churn, and drop-off patterns.
• Build retention-led experiences across onboarding, discovery, post-transaction, and future travel journeys.
• Drive experiments involving personalisation, engagement, rewards, referrals, and lifecycle experiences.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and other teams to ship and scale successful initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product, growth, retention, CRM, or consumer technology, ideally in a high-growth B2C environment.
• Strong product judgment and a track record of improving retention, engagement, frequency, repeat transactions, or customer lifetime value.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with cohorts, behavioural data, experimentation, and customer insights.
• Ability to identify growth opportunities, develop hypotheses, and take them from insight through experiment to product.
• Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India.
