Associate Manager - Product Management (AI Platforms)

What you will do

• Execute product strategy and roadmap initiatives with the Product Manager from planning through implementation.
• Prioritize the product backlog, lead Agile ceremonies, and coordinate delivery across multiple teams and US counterparts.
• Manage operational health, SLAs, KPIs, platform performance, and day-to-day operations for enterprise ChatGPT and Claude platforms.
• Lead incident triage, problem management, continuous improvement, automation, and manual platform audits.
• Coordinate AI, analytics, and automation platform governance, including CAB/ECAB approvals, release readiness, security, architecture, and data governance controls.
• Present roadmap updates and executive dashboards, analyze usage metrics and customer feedback, and support communications, training, enablement, and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Platform Management, or Technology Delivery.
• Experience managing enterprise AI, analytics, automation, or SaaS platforms.
• Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot.
• Strong Agile delivery, stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Scrum, Product Owner, or Agile certification.
