Focus on discovery, defining success metrics, coordinating distributed cross-functional teams, and improving data and optimisation quality across time zones.

What you will do
- Define product strategy and roadmap for Voyage Insights and Claims.
- Turn voyage data into performance intelligence that customers can benchmark and act on.
- Lead the claims workflow for evaluating charter party performance and recovering amounts owed when vessels underperform.
- Build continuous value-demonstration capabilities and improve customer self-service.
- Run customer discovery and feedback loops with Customer Success and key accounts.
- Define success metrics, track results, and coordinate delivery from discovery through launch.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Experience leading data-heavy products in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Ownership of data or analytics products and understanding of data flows, processing, and user-facing experiences.
- Strong discovery, user research, metrics, stakeholder management, and systems-thinking skills.
- Experience leading distributed cross-functional teams across time zones.
- Comfort using AI tools such as Claude as part of the daily working style.

- Maritime experience or education.
- Curiosity about vessel operations and maritime industry transformation.
