Manager, D365 CE & Power Platform Engineering (React)

Location: Toronto, Canada

Salary: $103,500–$190,100 annually, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead solution architecture and delivery across Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
• Guide development of custom applications, JavaScript and TypeScript extensions, PCF controls, plugins, custom APIs, integrations, and modern front-end solutions.
• Establish secure, scalable architectural patterns for front-end extensibility, API-based integrations, and deployments.
• Review designs, code, and solutions for performance, security, maintainability, and enterprise standards.
• Mentor developers, support staffing and skills development, and align delivery with architects and team leads.
• Lead technical discovery, solution shaping, prototyping, and client discussions about Power Platform strategy and tradeoffs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience designing and delivering Microsoft business applications, including significant Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform experience.
• Strong experience with React and modern front-end technologies; Angular and/or Next.js experience is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, REST APIs, and modern UI patterns.
• Experience leading or mentoring development teams.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to business audiences.
• Ability to work in Toronto, Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating Power Platform with custom front-end applications and Azure services.
• Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, or Field Service implementation and architecture experience.
• Familiarity with Azure Functions, App Services, API Management, CI/CD, and ALM.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools, consulting, or client-facing delivery.
