Senior Technical Program Manager (InfoSec), London

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid working with attendance in the office 3 days per week

What you will do

• Structure and drive multi-quarter InfoSec roadmaps covering Cloud Security, Platform IAM, and Secure SDLC.
• Lead high-priority security initiatives, including regulated data transfers for drug discovery and guardrails for agentic AI workflows.
• Deliver security projects end to end in partnership with engineering and ML teams across the Alphabet and Google ecosystem.
• Advocate for InfoSec across the business and clarify security capabilities, responsibilities, assets, and SLAs.
• Build relationships with engineers, researchers, and leaders while providing balanced recommendations to the CISO and TPM Lead.
• Design automated dashboards showing program health, operational KPIs, and risk reduction metrics.

Requirements

• Deep technical fluency across information security, technology, and AI.
• Proven experience driving complex roadmaps from concept through delivery in ambiguous environments.
• Ability to balance security posture, technical debt, and research velocity through pragmatic risk management.
• Strong cross-functional influence without formal authority across engineering, ML, and business teams.
• Ability to identify architectural bottlenecks, resolve dependencies, and translate CISO objectives into technical requirements.
• Ability to work from the London office 3 days per week is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated, data-intensive industries such as life sciences, pharma, or deep tech.
• Experience with GCP and the internal Alphabet/Google ecosystem.
• Hands-on knowledge of cloud architecture, Zero Trust, IAM, and security observability.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, ISO 42001, OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, or MITRE ATLAS.
• CISSP, CISM, CCSP, Agile, or Scrum certification.
