Technical Program Manager (Health AI)

Location: London, United Kingdom; 3 days per week in-office

Salary: £93,500–£161,800 per year

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end health AI research programs, including planning, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics.
• Coordinate execution across research, applied AI science, engineering, clinical, product, compliance, legal, and Responsible AI teams.
• Guide model development and launch readiness against safety, quality, privacy, and clinical criteria.
• Oversee the operational health of training and evaluation runs, including compute and resource planning.
• Establish operating mechanisms, maintain program artifacts, and communicate progress, risks, and resourcing needs to leadership.

Requirements

• Several years of technical program management experience delivering complex cross-functional programs.
• Experience delivering AI/ML programs involving research, pretraining, post-training, or evaluation.
• Technical fluency in model training, evaluation methodology, data, infrastructure, and engineering trade-offs.
• Ability to bring clarity to ambiguous and rapidly changing research challenges.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-alignment skills, including the ability to influence without authority.
• Collaborative approach focused on accountability, rigour, and continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience in health AI, healthcare technology, or regulated software environments.
• Advanced degree in computer science, machine learning, life sciences, medicine, or another technical field.
