Director - Technical Program Management

Location: London, Copenhagen, or Billund, with a hybrid policy requiring an average of 3 days per week in the office. Relocation support is not offered.

What you will do

• Drive the digital operating-model transformation and align senior Digital Technology leadership on the future Digital Product Development Life Cycle.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable transformation roadmaps and coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Lead complex organizational change by aligning stakeholders on new delivery models and ways of working.
• Establish program governance, manage risks and dependencies, and resolve complex cross-functional challenges.
• Provide indirect leadership, coaching, and direction to Technical Program Manager workstream leads.
• Identify and scale AI-enabled and agentic delivery practices across the technology organization.

Requirements

• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs or operating-model transformations in large organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence senior leaders across competing perspectives.
• Exceptional facilitation skills for workshops and decision forums with Director, VP, and SVP-level stakeholders.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and delivery discipline.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex concepts and create transformation narratives.
• Understanding of modern software delivery, product development, program governance, risk management, dependency management, and transformation planning.
