Senior Technical Program Manager (Cloud Capacity)

What you will do

• Analyze historical and current consumption of cloud resources to identify trends, anomalies, and capacity constraints.
• Build and maintain capacity forecasts and translate demand into infrastructure requirements across multiple data centers.
• Initiate capacity requests and coordinate with Supply Chain teams through purchasing and delivery.
• Track capacity expansions end to end, from forecasting and procurement through installation, deployment, and customer availability.
• Coordinate installation schedules, infrastructure readiness, and deployment plans with data center and engineering teams.
• Provide stakeholders with clear capacity plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and status updates.

Requirements

• Experience in technical project or program management, data analytics, capacity planning, infrastructure planning, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make decisions using quantitative data.
• Understanding of basic statistical concepts and forecasting methods, including their practical limitations.
• Ability to communicate with infrastructure engineers and understand technical constraints and dependencies.
• Experience coordinating multiple independent teams without direct authority.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, ownership, and proactive follow-through.

Nice to have

• Background as a data or product analyst before moving into program management.
• Ability to query data independently using SQL.
• Experience with Grafana, DataLens, or similar monitoring and BI tools.
• Experience with capacity planning, demand forecasting, cloud or data center infrastructure, procurement, hardware supply chains, or physical infrastructure deployments.
