What you will do
- Lead and support the maintenance team, prioritize work, solve problems, and improve equipment reliability.
- Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
- Oversee maintenance and repairs for forklifts, order pickers, conveyors, and other distribution center equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, using PLC data and system information to diagnose issues.
- Manage the CMMS system, work orders, maintenance records, spare parts iory, and equipment history.
- Coordinate building systems maintenance, vendor services, facility security, and site safety initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of maintenance, facilities, or industrial maintenance experience.
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment and facility systems.
- Familiarity with CMMS systems and basic computer applications.
- Knowledge of EH&S requirements, OSHA regulations, and safe work practices.
- Ability to work onsite in New Berlin and collaborate with maintenance teams, vendors, and contractors.
Nice to have
- Previous experience leading, supervising, or coordinating maintenance teams.
- Forklift certification or operating experience.
