Senior Mechanical Facility Specialist (HVAC)

Location: Lancaster, Pennsylvania, USA; onsite, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., with overtime as needed. Candidates must be within a commutable distance of Lancaster.

What you will do

• Maintain complex mechanical equipment and building systems across the campus.
• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, including emergency repairs.
• Diagnose mechanical problems, recommend solutions, and install or repair equipment.
• Support facility projects, including design, project coordination, vendor communication, and quote requests.
• Work independently with minimal guidance while meeting quality, productivity, safety, and response-time expectations.
• Provide subject-matter expertise, leadership, and training to less experienced team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Advanced mechanical experience in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or a closely related field.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
• Ability to respond to emergency situations and perform routine and non-routine duties independently.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff, vendors, and contractors.
