Facilities Technician Lead

What you will do

• Perform complex preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment, and grounds.
• Inspect and monitor HVAC, plumbing, fire alarms, mechanical systems, and other building systems.
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules, inventory, work orders, repair records, deadlines, and budgets.
• Assign work to Level 1 and 2 technicians and subcontractors, providing technical and procedural training.
• Oversee external contractors and inspect completed work.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain safe working environments in accordance with OSHA and company standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience operating and maintaining building equipment.
• Working knowledge of mechanical and fire systems.
• Experience with CMMS or related work order management systems.
• Experience with Google Chrome and Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Proficiency in English required.

• Proficiency in Spanish.
