Civil EIT/Coordinator

Salary: $63,000–$91,000 per year

What you will do

• Collaborate with project engineers on the detailed design of urban and rural roadway projects.
• Develop roadway alignment, profiles, geometrics, drainage designs, plans, and construction estimates.
• Assist with technical reports, specifications, and engineering calculations.
• Perform additional project-related duties as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a similar field.
• Active participation in an employee-owned, collaborative culture.
• Proficiency with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD.
• Experience with highway and roadway engineering software such as Bentley ConceptStation, OpenRoads Designer, Autodesk InfraWorks, or Civil 3D.

Nice to have

• Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate.
• Candidates without an EIT may be hired under the Design Coordinator job code and are expected to obtain the certificate for career progression.
