Product Manager (Hardware)

Location: Hybrid schedule with four days per week on-site in Anoka, MN; Raleigh, NC; or Warwick, RI, United States. Relocation assistance may be available.

Compensation range: $89,300–$165,800 annually, with potential additional annual incentives.

What you will do

• Own product line strategy, multi-year roadmaps, technology plans, and end-to-end lifecycle management for engineered hardware portfolios.
• Lead New Product Introduction and Product Development Process initiatives, including customer needs, requirements, feature definition, competitive positioning, financial projections, and go-to-market strategy.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance, sales, and marketing teams to improve revenue, margins, costs, quality, and delivery performance.
• Lead Voice of the Customer, market, and competitive research focused on data center and networking architectures.
• Develop quantified value propositions, pricing rationale, product launches, sales enablement materials, and marketing collateral.
• Act as a technical subject matter expert for assigned product lines and support customers, channel partners, and internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least five years of experience in technical or hardware product management, product innovation, or new product development in engineered products, manufacturing, or industrial technology.
• Understanding of products used in data center environments and how products integrate into larger systems.
• Electrical and/or mechanical systems knowledge gained through hands-on experience, manufacturing exposure, or collaboration with engineering teams.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional, matrixed initiatives through commercialization, managing roadmaps, priorities, and profitability.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% annually, including domestic overnight and occasional international travel.

Nice to have

• Hands-on exposure to networking-adjacent infrastructure, interconnect, enclosure-based systems, or related technologies.
• Experience collaborating with sales, marketing, distributors, contractors, or manufacturer’s representatives.
