Product Owner

Location: Dynapower, South Burlington, Vermont, United States; full-time onsite position

Base salary: $92,800–$127,600 per year

What you will do

• Drive product development from customer specifications or sales requests through design, production, transfer, and the full product life cycle.
• Define and maintain product development roadmaps and coordinate successful product launches across functions.
• Organize introduction and production-support engineering for products manufactured internally or by external partners.
• Manage product configurations, component obsolescence, supply-chain diversification, and manufacturing capability expansion.
• Coordinate contract manufacturers to implement product updates and improvements.
• Support quality validation, audits, compliance, and resolution of product or production issues.

Requirements

• University degree, such as a bachelor's degree, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, design, process, production, quality, reliability, operations, suppliers, and external customers.
• Strong communication, organization, planning, time-management, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple competing tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accountability and integrity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Eligibility to obtain authorization under ITAR and/or EAR is required; non-US persons may not be eligible.
