Product Owner (Power Conversion)

Location: Dynapower, South Burlington, Vermont, United States; onsite role.

Base salary: $92,800–$127,600 per year.

What you will do

• Coordinate product development, manufacturing, quality, reliability, testing, and supply chain activities from initial design through production and transfer.
• Define and maintain product development roadmaps and drive successful product launches and product improvements across functions.
• Organize production-support engineering and resolve product and production issues with design, process, production, quality, reliability, and manufacturing engineering teams.
• Train the sales team on product features, provide reference and marketing documentation, and act as the internal subject matter expert for assigned products.
• Maintain product compliance with relevant codes and standards, refine product positioning, and support market relevance.
• Manage component obsolescence, supply-chain diversification, manufacturing scale-up, external partner validation, flexible product configurations, and implementation of updates with contract manufacturers.

Requirements

• University degree, such as a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple competing tasks and demands.
• Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Strong organization, planning, and time-management skills.
• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity, with accountability for achieving goals and standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills for working with all organizational levels, suppliers, and external customers.
• Eligibility to obtain authorization under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) is required; non-US persons may not be eligible.
