Workday Finance Senior Analyst (Location Flexibility) (Workday)

Salary: $81,900–$139,700 annually, plus a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Define and enforce consistent Workday Finance processes, standards, templates, workflows, and review checkpoints.
• Oversee Workday system governance, configuration standards, and change management.
• Provide strategic leadership for Finance Digital Team initiatives and align delivery with business objectives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and the PMO on roadmap planning, prioritization, and project execution.
• Mentor analysts and support their professional development and performance.
• Develop executive-level reporting and presentations on Finance Operations performance and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in BBA, BCom, or a similar field.
• At least five years of Workday experience in a development or implementation environment.
• Strong Workday Finance experience in areas such as accounting, foundational data model, supplier invoices, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, banking and settlement, Adaptive, or Prism Reporting.
• Experience analyzing and documenting backend system information, including data mapping and microservice components.
• Knowledge of defect tracking, Workday product design, structured and object-oriented analysis, process improvement, and third-party vendor relationships.
• Experience leading teams on large or complex projects, with strong communication, prioritization, organization, and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Workday certification.
• Three to five years of experience with financial applications and processes.
