TL;DR
Senior Analyst, Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A/Business Intelligence): Developing enterprise-level financial reporting, forecasting, dashboards, and executive decision support with an accent on financial modeling, operational drivers, and forward-looking business insights. Focus on consolidating income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow outlooks, automating reporting workflows, and solving ambiguous business questions through structured analysis.

Location: Fully remote in the United States; virtual employment is available in AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI, and WY. Travel: Up to 10%.

Salary: $84,300–$120,500 base annually, depending on work location, skills, experience, and education or training.

What you will do

  • Develop quarterly financial reporting, analysis, executive presentations, and recommendations covering metrics, trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Prepare income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow outlooks by consolidating inputs from business and finance teams.
  • Create dashboards and analytics for real-time performance visibility using connected planning and business intelligence tools.
  • Lead or contribute to initiatives improving forecast accuracy, reporting efficiency, data accessibility, and insight quality.
  • Identify root causes, leading indicators, and forward-looking insights that support strategic decisions.
  • Apply structured problem-solving to ambiguous business questions and challenge assumptions when appropriate.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in financial analysis, Corporate FP&A, business operations, or a related analytical role.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, scenario analysis, charting, and executive-ready presentations.
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Copilot, artificial intelligence, business intelligence, and planning tools.
  • Experience with SAP BW/BPC, Tableau, Power BI, KNIME, or comparable tools.
  • Experience automating repeatable business processes, improving reporting workflows, and creating BI dashboards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

  • CPA, MBA, or another relevant advanced degree or certification.
