Label Machine Operator (Manufacturing)

Location: 8273 Green Meadows Dr, Lewis Center, Ohio 43035, USA; onsite full-time role

Starting hiring rate: $18/hour. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered.

What you will do

• Set up and operate label machines to meet daily production deadlines.
• Monitor machine performance, close tolerances, and product quality with a zero-defect mindset.
• Diagnose malfunctions, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement root-cause solutions.
• Use the ERP system to record materials and production time accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of related mechanical or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read technical measurements and demonstrate basic computer literacy.
• Successful completion of a post-offer background check and drug screening.
