Screen Printer Operator (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Columbus, Nebraska, United States. The position is open only to applicants who qualify as U.S. Persons under applicable export-control regulations.

Manufactures discrete semiconductors, passive electronic components, resistors, and e-beam technology for automotive, industrial, computing, consumer, telecommunications, military, aerospace, and medical markets.

What you will do

• Obtain work orders and materials and prepare them according to specifications.
• Install and adjust squeegees for parallelism and height.
• Set print-table variables, including location pins, vacuum holes, snap-off indicators, and flood bars.
• Complete preliminary setups, print test samples, and verify resistor values.
• Print production orders while following SPC requirements and completing required paperwork.
• Clean printers and screens after each order and maintain an organized work area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and perform arithmetic calculations.
• Prior production experience is desirable.
• U.S. Person status is required, including U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency, refugee status, or asylee status.
