Technical Learning Experience Designer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Design and develop digital learning experiences for customers, partners, and employees.
• Create learning journeys combining self-paced courses, hands-on labs, simulations, assessments, certification readiness, and performance support.
• Develop technical eLearning, tutorials, videos, microlearning, scenario-based exercises, and interactive resources.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, Support, Documentation, and subject matter experts to translate technical knowledge and product releases into learning content.
• Use authoring, LMS, video, simulation, and AI-powered tools to deliver scalable, accessible, and maintainable learning experiences.
• Analyze learner feedback, learning analytics, assessments, and business outcomes to continuously improve content and enablement effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, instructional technology, telecommunications, or a related field.
• Experience designing digital learning experiences, eLearning content, technical enablement programs, self-paced learning, interactive content, assessments, and learner support resources.
• Strong understanding of instructional design, learning experience design, and adult learning principles.
• Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, identity and access management, authentication, networking, and enterprise software.
• Excellent written communication, content development, visual organization, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English communication skills; ability to travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

• Experience with Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, or similar content creation tools.
• Experience with AI-assisted content development, workflow automation, or productivity tools.
• Experience designing technical hands-on labs, simulations, certification readiness content, or role-based learning paths.
• Familiarity with RSA ID Plus, RSA Governance & Lifecycle, authentication, MFA, passwordless, identity security, or related cybersecurity technologies.
• Additional European language skills such as French, German, Spanish, or Italian.
