Commercial Interior Fitout Estimator (AU Client)

Location: WFH or onsite in Ortigas, Alabang, Pampang, or Cebu, Philippines; work schedule is 8:00 AM–4:30 PM AEDT / 5:00 AM–1:30 PM PHT.

What you will do

• Prepare detailed take-offs and bills of quantities for commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Estimate partitions, ceilings, doors, glazing, and door hardware.
• Compile competitive tender submissions and supporting documentation.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and confirm project scope coverage.
• Manage multiple concurrent tenders with overlapping deadlines.
• Build material and cost breakdowns while taking on increased pricing responsibility over time.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of commercial interior fit-out estimating experience.
• Experience estimating partitions, ceilings, doors, glazing, and door hardware.
• Experience with fit-out estimating software such as Planswift, Buildxact, or Cubit; Planswift is the primary system.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret drawings independently.
• Australian market experience is highly regarded.
