Location: Remote from Manila, Philippines; AU working hours and holidays

Salary: AU $1,000–1,200 per month

What you will do

  • Prepare construction estimates, quotes, and quantity take-offs.
  • Review construction drawings, plans, and project specifications.
  • Obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor pricing.
  • Maintain estimating spreadsheets, project documentation, and cost tracking.
  • Assist with tenders and variations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients while handling emails, scheduling, data entry, and other administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Experience in Australian construction estimating or administration is preferred.
  • Ability to read construction drawings and understand building materials and trades.
  • Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Organised, reliable, and able to work independently.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Bluebeam, CostX, Buildxact, Groundplan, or similar estimating software.
