Estimator / Quantity Surveyor (Construction)

Location: Remote, work from anywhere in the Philippines; Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Holidays follow the Australian business calendar.

Salary: PHP 60,000–70,000 per month, flexible for more experienced candidates.

What you will do

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, quantity take-offs, cost plans, and budget breakdowns.
• Interpret architectural, structural, and services drawings and specifications.
• Measure materials, labor, and subcontractor scopes according to Australian construction standards.
• Analyze project documentation for scope gaps, risks, and cost implications.
• Review supplier and subcontractor quotations for accuracy and competitiveness.
• Maintain estimate records and support internal teams with cost-related queries.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor in construction.
• Experience with Australian construction projects is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, pricing, and Australian drawings and specifications.
• Experience with estimating and take-off tools such as Bluebeam, CostX, PlanSwift, Excel, or similar software.
• Strong numerical, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, meet deadlines, and provide a portfolio.
