Senior Estimator (Civil/Electrical Infrastructure)

Location: Remote, Metro Manila, Philippines; work schedule: 8:00AM–5:00PM Australian Time

Salary: AU$2,800 AUD per month, depending on experience

hirify.global is hiring for a RecOps role supporting civil and electrical infrastructure projects through estimating and pricing.

What you will do

• Complete bill of quantities take-offs from client-provided drawings and documentation.
• Manage the full end-to-end estimating and pricing process from tender stage through project commencement.
• Prepare, review, and refine detailed cost estimates for civil and electrical infrastructure works.
• Maintain accurate, consistent, and commercially viable estimates using Excel-based workflows.
• Clarify scope, assumptions, and pricing inputs with internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the construction team and support tender submissions with structured pricing documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience as an Estimator and/or Quantity Surveyor.
• Strong experience with electrical infrastructure and civil construction projects.
• Experience working on Australian projects is highly preferred.
• Ability to independently manage full-cycle estimating processes with minimal supervision.
• Advanced Excel skills, strong attention to detail, and strong commercial awareness.
• Ability to balance technical accuracy with cost competitiveness and collaborate with construction and delivery teams.
