Senior Joinery Estimator (Commercial Joinery)

Location: Remote from Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines; working hours follow AU business hours and AU holidays.

Salary: Php 100,000 per month; final amount is determined by the client based on skills and experience.

An established Australian business designing, manufacturing, and delivering commercial joinery solutions for complex projects.

What you will do

• Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and commercially sound tender submissions for commercial joinery projects.
• Review architectural drawings, specifications, schedules, and tender documentation to establish project scope.
• Identify exclusions, assumptions, scope gaps, and potential pricing risks.
• Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor pricing.
• Maintain accurate project and estimating data in Innergy ERP and verify quantities, pricing, and documentation before submission.
• Coordinate tender clarifications and estimating information with clients, procurement, manufacturing, and project teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in commercial joinery estimating.
• Hands-on experience with Innergy ERP is required.
• Experience with commercial joinery take-offs, cost estimation, and tender preparation.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience with structured estimating and ERP-driven workflows.
• High numerical accuracy, attention to detail, organisation, and the ability to work independently across multiple estimates and tenders.

Nice to have

• Microvellum experience.
• AutoCAD or similar CAD software experience.
• Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office experience.
• Australian commercial joinery experience.
• Experience in joinery manufacturing or production.
