Creative Strategist (Performance Marketing)

Location: Remote, Philippines

Salary: $75,000–$190,000 USD annually, including base compensation, performance bonus, and equity.

What you will do

• Manage video ad production and iteration from concept and scriptwriting through live testing.
• Use research, creative insights, and performance data to develop effective creative strategies.
• Analyze campaigns in Atria, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Write scripts and copy for video ads, static image ads, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with production, post-production, content creators, video editors, and the Creative Strategy Lead.
• Analyze creative tests, identify winning concepts and trends, and apply insights to weekly account planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in paid social or direct response marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and changing priorities.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager or other advertising platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, or Snapchat; comfortable using Google Workspace.
