Head of Performance Creative (DTC)

What you will do

• Build and lead a pod of creative strategists and performance editors to scale video ad production.
• Own the end-to-end creative pipeline from insight and briefing to launch and iteration.
• Translate performance data into creative frameworks, including hooks, angles, and formats.
• Manage content acquisition strategy, including UGC and creator output, ensuring all assets are built to perform.
• Define visual and tonal guardrails that maintain brand trust while driving conversions.
• Partner with growth, data, and product teams to optimize blended CAC and testing cadences.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in performance creative or direct-response marketing with ownership of paid video.
• Proven track record of leading teams producing high-volume video ads.
• Background in DTC or CPG, with wellness, beauty, or fitness experience being a strong plus.
• Deep fluency in performance metrics such as hook rate, thumbstop, CVR, CPA, and blended CAC.
• Strong instincts for female-focused wellness brands and the midlife female consumer.
• Daily use of AI tooling for ideation, iteration, and QA.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
