What you will do

• Own the full creative cycle including research, briefing, production, and performance analysis.
• Analyze performance dashboards to diagnose underperformance and design attribution experiments.
• Define creative strategy for Italian audiences across Meta, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Manage organic and paid social content systems informed by local cultural moments.
• Bridge internal stakeholders and external agency partners to ensure brand consistency.
• Support conversion rate optimization initiatives across the user acquisition funnel.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in Italian and English.
• Extensive experience in growth marketing with a focus on creative strategy.
• Deep understanding of platform-native formats and performance measurement frameworks.
• Proven ability to use data tools and dashboards to drive decision-making.
• Strong experience in briefing and iterating creative in cross-functional environments.
