What you will do

• Lead paid social creative strategy for 8-10 client accounts.
• Design high-performing creative assets using data insights and consumer research.
• Write strategic, direct-response ad copy and develop video/image scripts.
• Audit account performance to identify winning ads and dictate testing strategies.
• Collaborate with production teams to provide actionable feedback on creative deliverables.
• Leverage AI technologies and the proprietary Nova ecosystem to optimize business processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in Argentina
• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and similar performance data tools (TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest).
• Technical skill in pulling and using creative performance data to inform roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of performance-driven creative best practices.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal production teams.
• Experience in writing effective ad copy and structuring scripts for execution.
