Sr. Project Manager, Network Transformation

Location: Italy or anywhere in EMEA, preferably the UK or Italy

Salary: €70,700–€122,015 annual base pay

What you will do

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of network transition projects across distribution, transportation, and supply chain functions.
• Manage multiple interdependent sub-projects, maintaining project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and governance documentation.
• Coordinate operational, systems, infrastructure, site, and 3PL readiness activities supporting network transformation.
• Lead cutover planning, stabilization, hyper-care activities, and transition governance.
• Facilitate alignment and decision visibility across Operations, IT, Digital, Procurement, Partner Management, and regional teams.
• Prepare governance reporting and maintain after-action reviews, best practices, and continuous-improvement documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5–8 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, project management, or transformation programs.
• Proven experience leading complex, high-visibility projects or programs with multiple interdependent workstreams in a regional or global matrix environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and governance skills.
• Experience coordinating operational transitions, network changes, site implementations, or large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Understanding of supply chain and distribution operations, including warehouse and transportation processes.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of project management methodologies other than FPX.
• MedTech experience.
• Additional language skills.
