Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect (Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management)

Location: Hybrid role based in Tampa, Florida, with additional locations in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Miami, and Philadelphia; work may involve local or out-of-state travel to hirify.global offices and client sites. hirify.global is not registered to hire or employ personnel in West Virginia or Alaska.

Salary: $153,000–$260,000 per year, plus a 16% bonus target; estimated total cash range of $177,480–$301,600.

What you will do

• Design reliable Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management solutions and deliver high-quality project outcomes.
• Evaluate client systems and business processes to identify improvement and integration opportunities.
• Lead client engagements, oversee project work plans, and manage technology-related risks and complex business problems.
• Build relationships with senior executives, develop proposals, and identify new business opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, coach, and evaluate consulting teams while coordinating work across engagements.
• Contribute to thought leadership, training, knowledge sharing, and improved client service capabilities.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in a related field or professional services.
• Experience with at least five large-scale enterprise implementations of Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management or AX 2012.
• Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Fixed Assets.
• Experience with Life Cycle Services, Microsoft Sure Step, Microsoft best practices, and Dynamics 365 capabilities, limitations, and customization options.
• Direct supervisory and team leadership experience, including mentoring, coaching, performance reviews, and work oversight.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as MIS or CIS; MB-300 and MB-310 certifications are listed as professional qualifications.
